Free resource license
You may download, copy, and adapt MenuLetter’s original email templates, subject-line ideas, checklists, worksheets, calendar, and tracking files for your restaurant, teaching, and client work, including commercial campaigns. Attribution is appreciated but is not required for these resources. You may embed the public email generator without a backlink.
This permission does not transfer ownership of MenuLetter’s name or logo, authorize impersonation, or grant rights to third-party brand materials. Please link to the full guide instead of republishing it in its entirety. Do not present unmodified MenuLetter resources as your exclusive creation or sell access to our free hosted tools.
Your campaigns remain your responsibility
Review the content, offer conditions, sender identity, recipient eligibility, unsubscribe process, and applicable rules before using a draft. The tools do not send email, verify claims, validate mailing addresses, or test your actual unsubscribe mechanism. You are responsible for your sending platform and audience data.
Educational material and availability
The guide provides general educational information, not legal advice or a promise of deliverability, bookings, revenue, search rankings, or backlinks. Examples may be hypothetical or historical as labeled. Software terms change; confirm them directly with the provider.
We aim to keep the resources accurate and available, but provide them as available without a guarantee that every feature or file will suit every platform. Test exports before a campaign.
