Your campaign numbers

Enter aggregate counts only. Each clicker, conversion, or redeeming recipient is counted once.

Zero denominators show “No data.” Conversions here are unique people who clicked and completed your chosen action; record offline redemptions separately. Revenue is an optional input, not independently verified by MenuLetter.

Measure one outcome you can explain

Choose a consistent attribution method and time window before sending: for example, a unique booking link and a seven-day window. Bookings may come from several channels, and an attributed reservation is not proof the email caused it. Deduplicate people and reconcile cancellations before comparing campaigns.

The example uses 500 sent, 480 delivered, 36 clickers, and 9 conversions: CTR is 7.5%, and click conversion is 25%. These are illustrative figures, not benchmarks. CSV exports include inputs and results as values; they do not recalculate in a spreadsheet.
